With over 1 million users across more than 42,000 locations in 39+ countries and recognition as a top 100 best small-to-mid-sized employer, VoCoVo is expanding its Product and Design team.

Role: Senior UX Designer, reporting to the UX Lead. You will research user needs and design intuitive experiences across both hardware and SaaS products, translating user research, customer insights and product requirements into practical, user-centered designs. You will balance creativity with usability and accessibility, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to ensure design excellence across all touchpoints. The role is hybrid in the UK, with travel approximately twice per week to our Oxfordshire office or client sites, depending on customer needs. Applicants must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Requirements

Experience designing across both hardware and software; understanding physical and digital ecosystems.
Proven UX research skills (interviews, observation, synthesis) and ability to run studies independently.
Ability to map journeys in physical environments and design with spatial context.
Strong communication skills to translate findings for product, engineering and commercial teams.
Figma expertise; prototyping; component-based design; documentation.
Ability to balance creativity and structure; turning ideas into implementable desig
