Based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, we are seeking an experienced Storage & Infrastructure Engineer to administer, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize Dell storage, backup, and server infrastructure in mission-critical environments. The role covers Dell PowerScale (Isilon), PowerStore, PowerMax, Dell Data Domain, and Cyber Recovery solutions, as well as VMware virtualization and enterprise server hardware. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting PowerScale clusters, SAN/NAS storage provisioning, replication for disaster recovery, firmware upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and collaborating with virtualization, backup, and security teams to ensure data protection, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards. The position also encompasses Dell PowerEdge servers and MX7000 modular infrastructure, hardware lifecycle management, OpenManage tooling, and integration with backup and disaster-recovery workflows (including NetWorker L1 support). A hands-on, cross-functional approach is required to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure.
