Quadient is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across German-speaking and international markets. As a trusted advisor, you will drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives while ensuring compliance with German employment law and company policies. Key responsibilities include partnering with managers to deliver HR strategies, advising on employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and workforce planning, and supporting talent management, succession planning, and retention. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, at least five years of HR experience including HRBP responsibilities, strong knowledge of German employment law, and experience in international and matrixed environments. Fluent English and German are required. Preferences include experience supporting Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland; knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors; and HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM).
