Responsibilities include independently preparing quotations and processing orders for complex IT solutions; supporting customers and prospects and assisting sales and account managers in generating additional business within existing client relationships; assisting the internal bid team in complex, multi-stage public bidding processes; managing the creation process within the offer framework and coordinating with required hierarchies and committees; creating presentations and reports; assisting with client correspondence; coordinating appointments and maintaining customer data in MS CRM and SAP.
