In this role you will develop and execute sales strategies, coach and develop the sales team, oversee desk and deal structure, and drive showroom leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for daily sales meetings, maintaining CRM discipline, and achieving profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The position requires significant, proven retail automotive sales management experience, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to develop people. Bilingual candidates, especially Russian speakers, are valued. Working hours average 50+ per week with Sundays and major holidays closed.
