Games Global is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the delivery of People Operations for the Swieqi location in Malta. This role combines operations accountability with business partnering to ensure HR processes are delivered effectively, employees have a positive experience, and the business is supported with compliant, streamlined, and commercially appropriate people solutions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Own the delivery of People Operations locally, ensuring quality and consistency
Serve as the primary escalation point for People-related operational issues
Coach managers and support workforce planning, including headcount planning and organizational design
Ensure effective onboarding, lifecycle changes, exits, and alignment with global standards
Partner with global Recruiter to deliver recruitment for the location; screen candidates and provide hiring recommendations
Advise managers on employee relations issues, performance, conduct, grievances; ensure compliance with local employment law and internal policies
Support change management at a local level; guide managers through change processes and maintain engagement during periods of change
Use data to identify trends, monitor HR metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and engagement, and provide insights to local leadership and central People team
Support reward processes, payroll contingency as needed, and promotion activities
Coordinate with central team on development and learning initiatives
3-5 years of generalist HR experience
Experience supporting business leaders and mana
