EXL is hiring a Senior R2R Accountant for our international team in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This role focuses on all General Accounting functions, including Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Month End Close, and Reporting. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, preparing sub-ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, transaction matching and analysis, and experience with D365 or SAP Vantage. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in an R2R/GL role, be proficient with SAP and Excel, and hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines are required. Spanish (B2+ CEFR) and English (B2 CEFR) are mandatory.
