In this position, you’ll: - Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy: set outcome targets, build alignment across domains, and drive accountability for results. - Define and build the measurement framework that makes AI impact visible—determine what to measure, communicate it clearly across the organization, and use it to drive decisions. - Lead the delivery of an AI toolset, including standardized, pre-configured solutions integrated into daily workflows; run structured, data-driven trials to evaluate new tools with clear go/no-go criteria. - Work with engineering leaders across domains to elevate AI adoption from optional to expected; PRs without AI assistance should be the exception. - Ensure the platform is reliable and scalable by removing adoption blockers, establishing code quality guardrails with Staff Engineers, and owning compliance and security. - Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives simultaneously, balancing pace and quality, and clearly escalating risks a
