The primary duty is to lead a team delivering transportation projects for MoDOT, KDOT, and KTA, while building client relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and overseeing project delivery in a project management role. The MO/KS DOT Team Lead will provide project management responsibilities and be experienced in pursuing and delivering transportation projects for MoDOT, KDOT, and KTA; familiarity with these agencies and their standards is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership in concept/feasibility studies and the ability to mentor and oversee design tasks including traffic, drainage, permitting, utilities, geometric design, and modeling.
