In this remote role, you will lead onboarding and implementation with schools, municipalities (Kommunen), and education authorities, define success metrics, and ensure customers realise the full value of AV1. You will become the AV1 subject-matter expert, advise on change management and best practices, and collaborate with Account Managers to expand adoption across regions. Candidates should bring at least 10 years’ experience in the education sector, with leadership experience preferred, and a deep understanding of the German education system (Länder structures, Schulträger, Kommunen). Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and fluent English are required. The position is primarily remote with regular travel across Germany; location is Frankfurt, Germany.
