TryHackMe is a fast-growing online cybersecurity training platform seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help scale the product to millions of learners. You will maintain the current codebase and develop new features in a small cross-functional team, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security. Design and implement software solutions that meet business needs, collaborate with product managers, designers, tech leads, and developers, and mentor colleagues through code and design reviews. Write high-quality, maintainable code using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript, and develop and optimise databases and data models while monitoring performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend, proficiency with TypeScript, React and Node.js, the ability to model complex systems, good judgment with AI-assisted tools, and a passion for cybersecurity.
