About the role

OLIVER, part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a part-time Project Manager (50%) to support a top FMCG client based in Milan, Italy. This role is for a level-headed, strategic thinker who can build gravitas with a client. The team services the client’s content production across digital, e-commerce, print, and POS materials. This is an opportunity to work within a new team, create impactful communications, and develop design best practices for multiple brands. A solid grounding in project management and familiarity with digital ecosystems (Web, CRM, Social) are desirable. Ideal candidates will likely come from an agency. The role is fast-paced and involves working across multiple projects within the group.

What you will be doing: - Work closely with the client and the creative team to align on content to be produced, whether stills, videos, or animations. - Ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. - Ensure content is coherent and consistent with client brand guidelines across all platforms and with the creative team. - Ensure content follows the client’s tone of voice and guidelines. - You will be expected to input accurate project data in our management system as we are a data-driven agency.
