Playtech Managed Services, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, is seeking an Analytics Manager to turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions for the B2C division. You will conduct detailed analyses across customer management initiatives, including campaign analysis, player segmentation, CRM optimization, and player lifecycle optimization. You will monitor performance and produce financial reports for operations, including analysis for joint venture partners when required. You will support regulatory compliance with AML/KYC and Responsible Gaming reporting. You will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports. You will identify trends or patterns in complex data sets, determine and report against KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve processes and add value. You will deep-dive into complex data sets to understand drivers of KPI performance and help drive the business forward. You will manage and deliver projects on tight deadlines and present insights to senior audiences with clear recommendations. You will work with management to prioritise business and information needs.
