Assistant Community Manager is needed for our Mainline community in Fredericksburg, Virginia. S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co., founded in 1906, is a Virginia-based real estate company that manages multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and development services across the mid-Atlantic. This full-time, non-exempt role assists the Community Manager with on-site property operations, leasing activities, and resident relations.

Key duties: - Lease administration including showing the property, preparing lease packets, running credit reports, and processing move-ins and move-outs. - Participate in leasing efforts to achieve quality residency and occupancy targets. - Handle deposits and rent posting; respond to resident and public inquiries. - Coordinate payroll administration with the Payroll Department; track property traffic and prepare purchase orders. - Coordinate maintenance requests with the Maintenance Supervisor; support maintenance teams as needed. - Focus on resident retention through positive relationships; support training and staff as assigned. - Additional duties as assigned.
