The Senior Sales Process Transformation & Project Manager leads the transition, standardization, and continuous improvement of Sales Administration processes into the Shared Service Center in Poland. This role designs scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and performance standards to ensure efficient and consistent sales support across international business units. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the role leads transformation initiatives, manages process migrations, and enables operational excellence through harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement. The position plays a key role in building a future-ready SSC capable of supporting global business growth.
