Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure powering Innovatrics’ biometric SaaS platform. In this role you will ensure reliability, scalability, and automation across development and production environments, working with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, ArgoCD, and modern observability tooling. You will manage containerized environments, implement deployment automation including canary releases, and evolve monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. You will help improve service reliability across microservices (gRPC, MQ, Keycloak, Ignite), participate in on-call rotations, perform root cause analysis, and drive reliability improvements. You will collaborate with developers, QA, and platform engineers to enhance scalability and delivery performance, and you will define and meet SLOs/SLIs aligned with SLAs.
