Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to meet dealership sales goals
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the sales team's performance
Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
Perform all other duties as assigned

Experience in automotive sales with a successful track record in sales management
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
