This hybrid position manages the business, customer relationships, and the full product lifecycle from definition through promotion, distribution, support, and discontinuation. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, pricing and forecasting, and supporting engineering and manufacturing resources. The role leads Specialists and Associate Product Managers to achieve objectives, develops the regional product roadmap, and identifies market opportunities within the product line. It also analyzes opportunities from sales subsidiaries, customers, and industry bodies to determine next steps. The position manages the lifecycle of products, expands and maintains product ranges as needed, and establishes global pricing strategies. It coordinates Product Notification Change processes, addresses quality issues, and supports product launches by traveling to industry events, customers, and subsidiaries. The role develops market and competitive analyses and launches products to regional units. Required qualifications include a BS in Engineering or Marketing/Sales; an MBA and/or relevant certifications are preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience; demonstrated ability to lead cross-cultural teams and apply project management methods; strong organizational skills; and experience with contract negotiation is a plus.
