Responsibilities

Steward the relationship between TA and assigned business unit leadership.
Own the full-cycle recruiting process and search strategy for requisitions within the assigned business units, including sourcing and coordination as needed.
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define qualifications, and develop search strategies aligned with ICON’s hiring standards and compliance requirements.
Engage, assess, and present qualified candidates while maintaining a focus on talent density, business partnership, and candidate experience.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the talent market and ICON’s talent practices, advising leaders on compensation, sourcing strategy, and compliance matters.
Manage interview logistics, collect structured feedback, and ensure timely hiring decisions.
Facilitate kickoff, calibration, panel
