Role overview: The Senior Staff Accountant supports Hospital Contract Services through complex accounting, financial analysis, contract administration, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. You will lead and support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, post-close reviews, and financial analysis for Hospital Contract Services. You will manage contract billing for Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) programs and other designated hospital partnerships outside the Net Health billing platform. You will maintain client and contract master data, prepare annual contract rate notifications, and ensure pricing is reflected in billing systems. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for Hospital Contract Services, develop large Excel workbooks, and explore automation using AI tools.
