Freedom Technology Solutions Group is looking for an IT Program Manager to oversee data engineering initiatives for an Intelligence Community customer. This role sits on an existing team that creates and maintains project plans, timelines, and programmatic data for data collection platforms. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for the program on technical, cost, and schedule performance matters; ensuring SLA requirements are met; proactively mitigating gaps in service due to attrition or personnel changes; overseeing daily operations and managing, assigning, and reviewing work of program personnel; ensuring program reporting and artifacts are accurate and delivered on time; and coordinating with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. Qualifications include an active TS/SCI with poly, a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience), experience with data security, strategic computing, and disaster recovery, and certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
