INVISION Architecture is seeking an Architectural Project Manager for our Faith Studio to lead faith-based architectural projects from concept through construction completion. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams, and will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery. The role emphasizes building envelope systems, constructability, detailing, and code compliance, and involves preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural construction documents and specifications. The PM will ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, life safety regulations, and jurisdictional requirements; coordinate multidisciplinary consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty firms; and mentor architects, designers, and technical staff throughout all phases of design. Responsibilities include leading client meetings, presentations, and design reviews, conducting quality assurance of drawings, supporting permitting efforts, and participating in construction administration activities such as RFIs, submittals, site observations, punch lists, and issue resolution. The role also offers opportunities for professional development and collaboration within the faith-based market. Travel to projects in the Southeast is expected about 1–2 times per month.
