The Food & Merchandise Team Lead is responsible for a location or collection of locations and their staff, with a focus on merchandise display, guest relations, and the proper use and maintenance of facility equipment. This position oversees on-site management during events, including daily audits, location inventory, and processing of employee time sheets. Responsibilities include ensuring outstanding guest service, maintaining knowledge of products and services, and adherence to company systems and practices. It also involves assisting with floor moves, merchandising and display maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of locations. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or sports merchandising, with experience in training, cash handling, equipment operation, and POS systems. This is a part-time, event-driven role requiring the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 environment. On-site position based in New York, United States. Hourly pay range: $27 USD.
