Key responsibilities: - Own the monthly intercompany review process, ensuring balances are reconciled, understood and settled across the Group. - Manage intercompany loans and interest calculations, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in line with Group policies. - Prepare statutory financial statements for Hyve's legal entities and coordinate year-end audits. - Partner with the Tax team to support transfer pricing, tax reporting and legal entity compliance requirements. - Review legal entity accounting to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies. - Build strong relationships with finance teams across the Group to improve the quality and consistency of legal entity reporting. - Identify opportunities to automate and standardise statutory reporting and intercompany accounting processes.
