BCore is seeking a Scrum Master to support the NGA mission, based in Herndon or Springfield, Virginia. This role requires an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly and involves serving as the dedicated Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will manage and groom the team backlog, ensure acceptance criteria are defined, and track velocity, burndown, and other agile metrics while removing blockers to keep delivery on track. You will coordinate cross-team dependencies and communication across multiple workstreams within the program, and contribute to engineering tasks as capacity allows between scrum duties. On-site work is expected at the SCIF in AWS Herndon or Springfield, VA, up to 100% of each week. Preferred qualifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master certifications, experience with multi-team programs in a classified environment, and familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, DevOps tooling, and AI/ML or geospatial project workflows.
