The role encompasses full-stack development for front-end and back-end systems, delivering work in 2–3 week sprints, and coordinating activities to complete each user story. You will work within customer regulations and policies, including delivering increments and conducting regular demonstrations and feedback sessions to validate progress. The position emphasizes usability and accessibility, applying user research and user-centered design to optimize interfaces and meet accessibility requirements. You will create and maintain engineering and support documentation for assigned projects, monitor application and system alerts, and help identify dependencies and gaps in mission partner requirements to support proactive project planning. Additional responsibilities include supporting other software development functions as needed. Qualifications include an active security clearance with polygraph and a bachelor's degree in a related field.
