About the role

Join Talan's Bordeaux office within the Digital Transformation team to work with clients on transformation and evolution of information systems, providing both project leadership and Agile team facilitation.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Project management: plan, organize and supervise projects from scoping to production; monitor scope, timelines, costs and quality; implement metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders; identify, anticipate and manage project risks and related action plans; coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.
Scrum Master & Agile Facilitation: organize, prepare and run Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective); support teams in adopting and improving Agile practices; promote collaboration between business and technical teams; identify, track, and help remove obstacles impacting sprint or product goals; foster continuous improvement, transparency, and autonomy within teams.
Transformation & Advisory: advise stakeholders on Agile methods and best practices; contribute to organizational transformation and evolving operating models; participate in varied missions across different business and technology contexts.
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, Scrum Master or Agile project leadership.
Experience managing IT projects for business applications and web.
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalent) and able to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop facilitation skills.
