The Senior Project Manager leads enterprise-level customer integrations and migrations, driving successful CRS integrations, PMS migrations, and company migrations while working closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading CRS integrations by ensuring customers connect their Central Reservation Systems or Channel Managers to Duetto; overseeing PMS migrations to maintain data flow when switching property management systems; guiding customers through ownership changes; ensuring accurate data transfer and properly aligned system configurations; identifying and resolving technical challenges during migration and integration; delivering status reports to customers and internal stakeholders; and documenting implementation workflows while sharing best practices to support continuous improvement. Preferred experience includes hospitality or hotel technology; familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and CRS integrations; and experience with Salesforce, Jira, and other project management tools.
