Zipline is seeking a highly organized Commercial Ops Project Manager to join our Houston team. This role will run the Houston commercial operating cadence, coordinate clean handoffs from signed merchants through launch, and manage priority projects assigned by commercial leadership. You will support Field Sales and Partner Success while owning the tools, trackers, meetings, and follow-up that connect the teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining CRM and onboarding data, preparing weekly pipeline and launch-readiness updates, tracking action items and blockers, and coordinating merchant events. You will also drive cross-functional initiatives, document processes, and deliver defined projects with clear scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales operations or cross-functional roles, strong project management and communication skills, and experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot).
