About the role

ADT is seeking a Business Sales Representative to visit small business customers in Lexington, Kentucky, to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, explaining products and services, and recommending the right options for each customer’s needs.

What you will do: - Travel within your designated territory to customer sites to understand their operations and tailor security, automation, and life-safety technology solutions. - Listen and build trust with business owners and decision-makers, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the sales process. - Customize each system to fit the business layout and operations, and conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships. - Generate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads within your territory.

Compensation and benefits: - Compensation includes uncapped commissions; new sales advisors can earn around $85,000,
