VASA Fitness is opening a brand-new club in Omaha, Nebraska, and is seeking a Child Care Team Lead to build and lead the KidCare program. You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing childcare team and ensure every child receives safe, fun, and age-appropriate care during each visit. What you’ll do: - Lead, coach, and develop the KidCare team to deliver a consistently safe, clean, and engaging childcare experience. - Maintain compliance with all required background checks and safety standards. - Create age-appropriate programming and playbooks for KidCare; ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. - Build strong relationships with families and provide a welcoming environment.
What we offer: - Compensation: Base rate of $17.00 per hour - Split-shift schedule: 8:00am–12:00pm and 4:00pm–8:00pm - KidCare perk: Your children can attend KidCare for free while you work - Wellness: Two complimentary gym memberships (one for you, one to share) - 401(k) options and Employee Assistance Program (free therapy, financial and legal resources) - 40 hours/week with paid time off, health/dental/vision benefits, paid parental leave, and paid holidays
