Program Manager role: The Program Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of software development projects for both commercial and government contracts, ensuring milestones are met, budgets are adhered to, and high-quality outcomes are delivered. In addition to project execution, the role will drive business development and contract growth, identifying opportunities and expanding ROC’s footprint within existing accounts. Responsibilities include: overseeing the full lifecycle of software delivery; driving business development initiatives; serving as the primary client contact; collaborating with engineering, product, and sales; and monitoring performance, risks, budgets, and schedules.
