Job Overview Under direct supervision, the Inside Sales Representative I handles sales and customer service activities primarily for retail customers, applying knowledge of sales techniques and industry practices.

Responsibilities - Serve retail customers in person, by phone, or by email and assist with product selection, pricing, availability, refunds, and exchanges, using knowledge of company products and procedures. - Actively engage in selling company products and related items; provide material estimates and quotes for small packages (stairs, decks, fences, sheds, etc.). - Enter orders into the system and coordinate delivery schedules. - Plan and pace work to meet daily, weekly, project, or team productivity goals. - Assist with coordinating and conducting customer workshops. - Resolve simple customer inquiries and complaints; escalate more complex issues to senior staff as needed. - Support store housekeeping, signage, stocking, inventory control, and other related activities. - Adhere to safety procedures and participate in safety meetings; suggest improvements as appropriate. - Additional duties as assigned.
