This on-site role is based in San Mateo, California, United States. We’re seeking an early-career Associate Product Manager to work at the frontier of AI infrastructure, building tools used daily by developers and AI teams at the world’s most ambitious companies. You’ll receive mentorship from experienced PMs and participate in rotations across platform product, forward-deployment, and strategic projects. The role is designed to help you develop the foundational skills of a startup product leader: rigorous thinking, user empathy, technical depth, and cross-functional leadership. Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, helping shape their GenAI strategy using Fireworks infrastructure. Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to define, build, and ship product features across the Fireworks platform — from API tooling to model fine-tuning workflows to inference infrastructure. Engage directly with customers from startups to large enterprises to identify use cases and convert interest into long-term usage and expansion.
