We are seeking an Associate Technical Project Manager to run test calls and guide all assigned implementation tasks, including testing, coordinating resources, provisioning management, and documenting results for go-live. This role ensures progress from assignment through implementation, reviews project aspects for management buy-in, and monitors daily tasks to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building internal relationships across departments, maintaining standards for status reporting, issue management, and change control, and providing management with regular status reports. You will monitor tasks, communicate schedule changes, ensure readiness for implementation, and collaborate with customers, partners, and vendors. You will participate in project testing and implementation, review results with stakeholders, and identify and resolve issues. You will resolve problems with urgency, ensure quality customer service, and contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven feedback. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field; equivalent work experience accepted. Experience: at least one year in technical project management or coordination; familiarity with 911 call routing testing and NextGen 911 preferred.
