Position: Client Project Manager

Overview The Client Project Manager is an end-to-end client delivery role responsible for winning work, managing relationships, quoting and surveying jobs, booking engineers, coordinating projects, and ensuring payment. This is a commercially focused position that blends sales, account management, quoting, and operations to drive revenue and project profitability. You’ll be measured on revenue growth, quote-to-conversion, project delivery quality, and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities - Client Acquisition & Growth: identify and win new clients through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking; convert inbound leads into retained accounts with ongoing project pipelines; build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business; track client revenue performance. - Quoting & Estimating: participate in site visits or coordinate engineer attendance for quote scoping; prepare clear, itemized quotes; liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost competitiveness; follow up on outstanding quotes to improve conversion. - Job Booking & Delivery: schedule jobs in CRM with correct trade, geography, and availability; issue work orders to engineers or supply chain with all necessary information; coordinate materials, access arrangements, and client communications; monitor progress and ensure high-quality completion. - Project Oversight & Client Reporting: act as single point of contact throughout the job lifecycle; conduct quality checks; resolve issues proactively and escalate when needed; prov
