MEP Project Manager (on-site, Kansas City, United States) leads and manages complex Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing projects from concept through turnover. The role coordinates planning, design, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, and initial operations; supports business development by contributing to win plans, technical proposals, pricing strategies, and proposal execution plans; and oversees budget and schedule development, progress reporting, and team leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations. Responsibilities include ensuring proper division of responsibilities, implementing change management processes, maintaining project documentation, managing communications with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and presenting project status to senior management. The position requires travel across the United States (up to 100%), with potential project locations in multiple states. Reports to the Project Director and serves as the primary project contact for Lemartec and customers.
