SuperCare Health is a leading post-acute, in-home respiratory care provider serving the Western United States. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain the integrity of our financial records and support accurate, timely financial reporting in a hybrid role based at City of Industry, California, with in-office presence two days per week.

What you'll do: - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for asset, liability, revenue, and expense accounts. - Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. - Analyze financial data and variances; provide insights and recommendations to management. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budget vs. actual analyses. - Perform and review complex account reconciliations; maintain and strengthen internal controls. - Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and company policies. - Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and drive efficiency through automation and ERP improvements. - Support implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and system enhancements. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Billing, Revenue Cycle, Operations) to ensure accurate data flow. - Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. - Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and project support; handle confidential information.
