Datadog is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to join its Finance team in New York on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will support revenue accounting operations by partnering with Finance, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting. You will play a key role in improving order-to-cash processes, supporting month-end close activities, and helping scale finance operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in technical accounting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to Datadog's growth.

What You'll Do: - Execute month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules. - Analyze complex customer billing arrangements and prepare revenue recognition analyses under ASC 606. - Manage invoicing activities, calculate key revenue metrics, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing questions. - Work with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Sales Systems, and Order Operations to improve the order-to-cash process and operational efficiency. - Support internal and external audits, including revenue walkthroughs and preparation of audit documentation. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other cross-functional finance projects to support business growth.

Who You Are: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a public company or Big F
