TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its AI Platform team in Lake Mary, Florida. This on-site role involves participating in the full software development lifecycle across frontend, backend, and APIs to build and modernize AI-powered software products that support intelligent document processing and AI-driven clinical review.

Responsibilities

Education, Experience and Licensure:

Design, build, test, release, and maintain production software across frontend, backend, and APIs.
Respond quickly to production issues; troubleshoot to sustain reliability and meet performance targets.
Modernize and evolve AI platforms and processing services; keep architecture, frameworks, and dependencies current.
Develop core AI capabilities such as document processing, retrieval, and prompt execution; implement tooling to measure quality.
Design and build APIs and modular, reusable services that other teams can consume.
Build configuration and administrative interfaces for clinical and operations stakeholders to manage business rules, mappings, and AI prompt workflows.
Create clear reporting and dashboards on system, data, and operational health.
Manage code releases and partner with DevOps on CI/CD and deployment improvements.
Write technical and end-user documentation.
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality; comply with company policies and participate in annual performance reviews.
Other duties as directed.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering is preferred.
