Arvato Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a proactive Inbound Team Lead to support daily warehouse inbound operations and work closely with Supervisors. In this role, you’ll coordinate workflows, assign and monitor tasks for warehouse associates, track transactions, and ensure smooth and efficient operations across the inbound department. You will be the expert in RF, Conveyor, and SAP systems and will collaborate with Control Tower, Inventory Control, Transportation, Inbound, Pick/Pack, Shipping, and Service Delivery teams to meet daily performance targets. Monitor area activity and communicate risks of missed targets to the Supervisors; coordinate and prepare recovery plans for at-risk targets with supervision; report exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (e.g., inbound damage, missing part numbers); follow up on issues as needed; and work with the local team to identify areas of improvement and report daily efficiency. Oversee personnel in a professional manner, investigate and repair exceptions (over, under, missing, damages, etc.), and assign cycle counts as needed. Be flexible with shift hours as needed. Qualifications include at least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment; strong computer skills with Excel, creating worksheets, and reviewing/reporting data; previous experience with SAP; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb and stack cartons up to 15 feet, and push/pull a pallet jack up to 1,500 pounds.
