We are looking for a Solutions Architect – Managed Services to join the Elastic Platform Operations (EPO) team. In this role you will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of cloud-native data platforms on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure for managed services clients, ensuring security, scalability, and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with clients, engineering and support teams, and practice leadership to deliver high-quality solutions, maximize platform ROI, and advance phData’s delivery excellence. Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale cloud-native projects; translating business and technical requirements into secure platform solutions; migrations from legacy systems; data lake and data warehouse integration; performance optimization; ensuring engagements are delivered on time and within scope; driving platform reliability and cost optimization through automation and monitoring.
