In this role you will independently lead large client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver influencer and performance marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign analysis. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of influencer and social campaigns, brief creation, influencer outreach, negotiation, onboarding, client communications, and post-campaign analysis; managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and keeping campaign teams aligned while proactively addressing issues with solutions; serving as the main client point of contact and providing regular updates via email, phone calls and meetings, with recommendations at every stage; applying performance marketing expertise to optimize campaigns and deliver data-driven insights; presenting findings and recommendations in pitches and review meetings; identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and contributing to new business growth through upselling and referrals; supporting new business proposals with bold, effective creatives informed by competitive and consumer trends.
