You will lead cross-functional development programs for embedded firmware, energy management software, and battery management software; drive the software development lifecycle including planning sprints, backlog prioritization, standups, and reviews; define program requirements, interfaces, dependencies, and validation strategies; track milestones; support test planning and release processes; ensure change management and version control alignment with rapid iteration; proactively identify risks and mitigate blockers across the product lifecycle.
