What you'll be responsible for: - Own the day-to-day operation of a high-volume service location—staffing, workflow, floor presence, and output quality - Drive sales performance across the location, holding yourself and your team accountable to revenue targets and KPIs - Set and uphold a high performance standard through coaching, feedback, and accountability - Ensure every member interaction is efficient, professional, and reflects Serenity's service level, while identifying and converting sales opportunities - Track location KPIs—sales volume, conversion rates, efficiency, and quality scores—and use data to make operational and commercial decisions - Identify underperformance early and address it with clarity and follow-through
