The PM will coordinate estimating, solicitation of subcontractor proposals, presentations assistance, contract review, project scheduling, and systems design. As the sales process transitions to the implementation phase, the PM takes responsibility for understanding and controlling project risk from technical, contractual, cash flow, and organizational perspectives. This may involve estimating, soliciting and selecting subcontractor proposals, defining project implementation timelines, reviewing contracts, and designing systems. The PM will stay involved and travel to customer sites throughout installation, go-live, and acceptance to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining project budget and schedule. Travel requirements include up to 80% daily travel to regional customer sites (travel expenses paid by Toyota Automated Logistics) and up to 30% overnight travel to support sites outside the region.
