The role involves screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and supporting a smooth hiring process by sending qualified candidates to the hiring manager with notes. You may be the sole interviewer for certain roles once you understand the position. You must handle a high volume of phone calls and communicate effectively with applicants, employees, and hiring managers. This position is based in Richardson, Texas, with a hybrid work arrangement. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities include conducting initial phone screens, coordinating with the HR team on staffing status, maintaining an organized schedule, and complying with company policies and regulatory requirements in the interviewing process. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of recruiting experience (retail sales experience preferred), excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools.
