About the role

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in New York to support the global Talent Acquisition team across domestic and international offices. The Recruitment Coordinator will be the face of the Talent Acquisition function, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and assisting with travel arrangements as needed. About the role

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in New York to support the global Talent Acquisition team across domestic and international offices. The Recruitment Coordinator will be the face of the Talent Acquisition function, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system, and assisting with travel arrangements as needed. You will help streamline recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience.

Responsibilities include: - Provide an excellent candidate, manager, and agency experience - Arrange and coordinate interviews/meetings in multiple time zones - Act as the real-time point of contact for stakeholders globally - Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS - Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates as needed - Streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experiences - Compile recruitment reports and deliver updates in meetings or email - Help drive recruitment initiatives such as diversity and inclusion

What you will bring: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2-3 years in an administrative role) - Experience supporting a recruitment team by coordinating interviews and internal/external meetings - Experience interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies - Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office, especially Excel - Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse - Experience in vendor systems - Experience in planning, organization, and events - Strong attention to detai
