Based in Englewood, Colorado, this position partners with the Finance business unit, the Business Systems Director, and the MS Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to define requirements, configure and optimize Dynamics 365 financial modules, and deliver scalable solutions for Finance & Operations. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, configuring MS Dynamics 365 (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, etc.), process improvement, data analysis, testing and validation, training and end-user support, and collaboration with IT, finance, and operations teams. You will also generate and analyze financial reports and KPIs, lead testing efforts, manage issue resolution, and drive BA projects as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance and operations; strong MS Dynamics 365 experience; proficiency with D365 financial modules; knowledge of tax compliance (Avalara a plus); certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or relevant BA certifications preferred; Azure DevOps experience; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
