Responsibilities include processing chattel loan fundings, preparing monthly journal entries for various accounts, managing ERP vendor setups and 1099 distributions, reconciling balance sheet accounts, reviewing bank activity, analyzing transactions, preparing documentation for auditors, daily wiring transfers, and handling mail and checks. The role requires a BA/BS in accounting (or related) and proficiency with Word and Excel.
